How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping (USA only) takes 7–12 business days and costs $4.99.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from delivery date. Items must be unworn, with original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase required.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and UnionPay (where available).
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@luxemodex.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Currently, Luxemodex ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
