2019 Star Ribbon Forever Stamps: Self-Adhesive Sheet for First-Class Mail

The 2019 Star Ribbon design forms a five-pointed star from a folded red, white and blue ribbon. A smaller white star appears in the center, giving the patriotic motif a layered look. The design offers a bold accent for everyday letters, greeting cards and business correspondence.
